Job Description:

BNQ Engineering is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry. They will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor them to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and scope.
  • Oversee and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
