Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support the commercial and cost management of construction projects, from tendering and procurement through project execution and final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations and tender documentation.
- Carry out quantity take-offs and cost assessments.
- Assist with procurement and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs, variations and progress claims.
- Prepare and verify claims, valuations and related commercial documentation.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction costs, contracts and tender processes.
- Good numerical, analytical, communication and organisational skills.
