Site Supervisor

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
